Account Rules

Only adults 18+ may open an account. Give true facts when you sign up. False facts make a sign-up void.

One account per person. This rule applies to: one person, one home, one IP, one device. The account must be a real person, not a firm. Never share your login or info. We may close or delete extra accounts. Bets on extra accounts may not count. We may ask for cash back that was paid out.

Cash In and Out

Use EUR or TRY on jetbahis. Min cash in: 5 EUR or 10 TRY, but some ways may ask for more. You pay any coin fees or costs if you use a type other than your account.

Cash out in 24 hours as a rule, but extra checks may delay this. Min cash out: 10 EUR or 50 TRY per move. Max cash out: 4000 EUR or 10000 TRY per move.

After cash in, total bets must hit the amount you put in before you cash out. We may pay by a way other than what you ask for.

Prove Who You Are

Jetbahis may ask for proof of age and name before real cash play or cash out. We take ID, bank info and bills. Use Latin or Cyrillic text. If you can't, we may ask for a video.

For cash out proof, send it in two weeks. If not, we may stop your cash out and close your account.

Lands You Can't Play From

Idle Account Fees

After 12 months with no login, your account goes idle. An idle account may get a 10 EUR fee or equal per month. This comes from your cash left.

How to Complain

Tell us of a problem within six months. Only the account owner can file a claim. Claims from others will be ignored.
